Terms of Service
Last updated July 26, 2026. By creating an account or using RadMail you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
RadMail is an email operating system that triages your inbox by importance and urgency, explains why messages surface, tracks the commitments in a thread, and drafts replies for your review. Some features connect to your email provider (such as Gmail or Microsoft 365) only with your explicit authorization, and only for the access you grant.
2. The safety rule you can rely on
RadMail will not autonomously send email that moves money, changes banking or payment details, initiates first contact, or takes an irreversible decision — those are always held for a human. This is a core defense against business-email compromise. We describe it so you can rely on it; it is a design commitment of the product, not a guarantee about your own email practices or third-party behavior.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, keeping your credentials secure, the content you send, and using RadMailin compliance with applicable law and your email provider’s terms. Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to circumvent its safety controls.
4. Your data
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including our Google API Limited Use commitments. You retain ownership of your content. You can disconnect a mailbox or delete your account at any time.
5. Availability & pre-release features
RadMail is offered on an ongoing basis and some capabilities are pre-release. We may change, add, or remove features. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and RadMail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Using RadMail does not by itself make your organization compliant with any regulation — compliance is a shared responsibility described on our Trust & Compliance page.
7. Termination
You may stop using RadMail and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions: support@radmail.ai.
